Your access to the site is subject to the terms & conditions, Privacy policy and disclaimers appearing on the site (“Terms & conditions”), and all applicable laws. By accessing, browsing and/or using the site, you agree to the terms and conditions, without limitation or qualification, such as our privacy policy and any other applicable policies incorporated herein on the site, shall govern Suman Shandil’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

“Agreement” means terms of service
“Services” means and includes all services listed in our website or any other service, the entity performs for you, on the terms & conditions as mentioned.
“We/us/our/Suman Shandil “means the Investment adviser, the entity and its owners.

Use of the Website: We grant user a limited privilege, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable right to access the website, as long as he/she is complied with all these terms and conditions. User undersands that it is user’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions carefully before using, accessing, or transacting on our website.The user acknowledges that use of the site shall be at his/her own risk. User agrees to follow terms and conditions for the use of site as may be specified time to time. User acknowledges and agrees that:

Disclosure: We may access, preserve or disclose the information of any user if required to do so by law or in good faith that it is reasonably essential to comply with legal process or respond to claim asserted against Suman Shandil, for risk assessment, KYC process, fraud prevention, investigation, user support, debugging purposes or protect the rights, property or safety of Suman Shandil, its clients, users or members of the public.
4. Provisions and use of the services:
a. Investments in securities markets are subject to risks including the possible loss of principal amount invested. Before making any investment decision you shall assess your risk appetite and profile.
b. Suman Shandil does not engage in services such as commissions, profit sharing, promise or services guarantee any returns.
c. We do not guarantee payment of interest or dividend.
d. We will not be liable for the user acting on any advice which is set out as part of its services, other than as expressly provided in any deliverable.
e. Past results are not a guarantee to future performance. Past performance may or may not be sustained in the future. Future returns and services rendered always remain subject to market risk.
f. We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone for any reason at any time.
g. User agrees not to copy, sell, duplicate, reproduce, resell or exploit any portion of the services, or website through which the service is provided without express written consent by us.
5.Payment and refund policy: Before making any payments, we strongly recommend that all our users must read all information related to our services, terms of service and privacy policy. Based on the Services availed, and the subscription plan selected, applicable fees shall be charged and there shall be absolutely no refunds. By making payment for plan subscription or advisory services, to Suman Shandil, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to payment and refunds policy. Any changes to the fee policy shall become immediately effective after posted on the website or application.
6. Payment Mode: It is clarified that Suman Shandil does not accept cash deposits. The advisory fees or subscription fees shall be made through your own bank account and in case of a joint bank account, you shall be one of the holders of such bank account. All payments shall be made by way of direct credit into our bank account through NEFT/RTGS, net banking, debit card, or by account payee crossed cheques/demand draft. All payment should be through legitimate sources and should be in compliance with the policies and guidelines laid down by SEBI, RBI or any other regulatory body.
7. Links to third party: By using or browsing to the third-party website or services, you acknowledge and agree that Suman Shandil is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content accuracy, decency, completeness, timeliness, validity, quality, legality, copyright compliance or any other aspects of such third-party website. you understand and agree that Suman Shandil shall not be responsible for the availability of content or other services on third party sites linked from the website. You agree to use such services at your sole risk and that we shall not have any liability to you for content that may be found offensive, objectionable, or indecent.
8.Correspondence/Notices: any notice or other correspondence addressed by Suman Shandil to user may be addressed to the email address or contact number provided by the user at the time of enrolment. If according to user there is any change or discrepancy in the particular details, it shall be the responsibility of the user to intimate the same to us within 7 working days of receiving notice thereof. We shall not be liable for the delivery failure of any communication, if such changes or discrepancies are found in the user’s/client’s data or information.
9.Termination of Service: In case the user violate or breaches this agreement or other terms and conditions, Suman Shandil, at its sole discertion, may terminate or cancel the user’s account at any time with or without notice, to prevent user from accessing the site and in that case all rights granted to the user will be terminated and revert to Suman Shandil. The fees charged if any of access to the site is non refundable for any reason. You are also free to stop using our site or terminate account with us at any time.
10.Delay in services or force majeure: Suman Shandil shall not be liable for any loss or breach of these general terms resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to a Force Majeure event such as act of God, weather, fire, lightning, epidemic, power failures, riots, strikes, armed conflicts, acts of war, lock-out, electronic or mechanical equipment failures, communication system failure, or other causes beyond our control. Suman Shandil shall have no responsibility to provide you access to its website or services while interruption due to any such reason cause shall continue.
11.Indemnity, and warranty: The user understands and agrees that the use of the services is at their sole risk. Suman Shandil makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error free. Use of the services shall be the user’s own discretion and risk. User will be solely responsible for any damage occurred to him/her from the use of services.
12. Limitations of Liability: The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that the entire risk arising out of the use and access of the website and services remains with the user. Suman Shandil and/or its representatives shall not be liable to user, or member or any third party with respect to providing and delivering services, for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities and claims of whatever nature caused by fraudulent or unauthorized use/access of user information, and/or signatures. The venue of arbitration will be New Delhi, India. The laws prevailing in India shall alone apply to the arbitration proceedings between the parties. All disputes are subject firstly to discussions in good faith, and then to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Suman Shandil.
